Refund policy

At MEUKERHOOD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review the conditions below.

Return Period and Conditions

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must show no signs of use, damage or alteration
  • Items must include their original tags.
  • It is preferrable to send the back in their original packaging. If not possible, it is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs. Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like last sale items.

Return Process

To start a return, you should contact us at hello@meukerhood.com or via the contact form available on our website indicating your order number and reason for return.

If return is accepted, you will receive an email in reply with the steps to set a pick up or home collection. 

A inverse logistic fee will be deducted from original amount:

  1. Spain & Portugal: 4,95€ return fee
  2. France, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands & Luxembourg: 7,95€ return fee
  3. The rest: 9,95€ return fee

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not make exchanges.

If you are interested in a different size or color, you should return the item you have following instruction above and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping cost (if applies) and the reverse logistic fee.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@meukerhood.com.
